What is Cycling?

Cycling classes focus on building endurance and strength through intervals and varying levels of intensity, all while using a specialized stationary exercise bike. The bikes used in our cycling classes are equipped with a weighted flywheel, allowing you to simulate outdoor cycling in the convenience of our indoor gym.

The stationary bikes used in our cycling classes (sometimes referred to as “spinning”) feature a specialized mechanic device that allows the user to modify the difficulty of pedaling. These bikes also have specially shaped handlebars and various other adjustments that are geared towards a wide range of riders and fitness levels.
