What to Expect, Wear, and Bring
Fitness Nation has a handful of instructors who have gone through Jillian Michaels’ BodyShred training program, allowing them to lead you as efficiently as possible throughout these classes. This comprehensive, cutting-edge group exercise class experience combines different elements in order to help students feel – and look – their best. The majority of people who have taken a BodyShred class make note of just how diverse the class is, and how well it works. Whether it is your first time attending a BodyShred class at our Arlington or Bedford luxury gym, or if you have been many times before, please keep the following in mind:
- Wear appropriate workout clothes
- Such as leggings, shorts, capris, or other clothing that will allow you to move and sweat
- Wear good shoes that have support
- Do NOT wear flip flops, ballet shoes, hiking shoes, or talking shoes
- DO NOT wear jeans
- Bring water
- Bring a towel (optional)
