What to Expect, Wear, and Bring

- Wear shoes with good side support
- DO NOT wear flip flops, ballet shoes, hiking shoes, or walking shoes
- Dress in comfortable workout clothes that will allow you to move
- DO NOT wear jeans
- Bring water
