The POUND workout combines cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyomoterics and Isometric poses into a 60-minute class. You will burn between 400 and 900+ calories per hour, building your confidence while helping you achieve your fitness goals.
When you take Fitness Nation’s POUND class, you will use our lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix, that allow you to engage in constant simulated drumming to aid in your workout. If rhythm isn’t exactly your strong suit, don’t fret! The POUND routines are simple to follow and set to calibrated music that will help you set the right pace and rhythm.

What to Expect, Wear, and Bring
