Fat in your food can be good for you and your baby, and contrary to belief, fat isn’t the villain. Also, always remember to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water. If you are exercising, it is even more important to stay hydrated.
#2 Find exercises that you enjoy
Many pregnant women suffer from lethargy and sleepiness, which makes it even harder for them to convince themselves to go to the gym. But if you find exercises and workouts that you enjoy, you will be more likely to stay committed to your workout regimen throughout your pregnancy.
